Imagine you are age 17 years and 360 days. You are about to age out of the juvenile detention system. Where would you go for help? How would you find the resources available to you to positively move forward in your life?Enter Hope in Motion, a non-profit organization who eases the difficulties associated with transitioning to adulthood in the “real world” for those who are aging out of the system. Join them in their mission to help all youth to live a positive life, to break the spiral of poverty, and to move forward in their lives as role models and model citizens.
